No Plans Adventures places customer service first. We will work with each customer on an individual basis to best accommodate and make sure you have the most pleasant experience possible. Refund totals are dependent on third party reservations and cancelation policies. Below is our standard cancellation policy that is guaranteed to all our customers:

3-30 Days Prior to Departure Date                               15% to 25% of total tour cost may be refunded
31-60 Days Prior to Departure Date                             Up to 50% of total tour cost may be refunded
61-90 Days Prior to Departure Date                             Up to 75% of total tour cost may be refunded

91 or more Days Prior to Departure Date                    Up to 100% of total tour cost may be refunded

 

All cancellations made within 72 hours of booking are 100% refundable.

All cancellations must be made directly with No Plans Adventures through written email from the original booker stating the trip that had been booked and reason of cancellation.

Most cancellations will be refunded by PayPal or personal check. The customer will be notified within 15 business days by which method he or she will be receiving their refund.

The appropriate refund will be issued back to the customer within 15-20 business days
