No Plans Adventures strives to work with each and every customer to layout a payment plan best suited for their needs. We will work closely with you to personalize the payment structure for your adventure because we believe everyone should be able to travel no matter their financial situation. Below is our standard structure for payment:
Time Prior to Itinerary Start Date Sum of Payments Due
At time of booking (more than 90 days prior) 25% of total tour cost due
90 Days prior to start date 50% of total tour cost due
60 Days prior to start date 75% of total tour cost due
30 Days prior to start date 100% of total tour cost due
For trips booked less than 90 days in advance, the above tier structure still applies. For example, a booking occurring 50 days in advance would require 75% down at time of booking. All reservations canceled within 7 days of booking are eligible for 100% refund. Please see our cancelation policy for more details.
Custom made adventures require a separate one-time $25 nonrefundable research and development fee. This will help cover our cost while we set to work searching for your perfect trip. This fee is due after initial communications with No Plans and prior to No Plans providing possible ideas, suggestions, and itineraries to the client.
No Plans Adventures’ preferred methods of payment are Venmo, personal check, and PayPal (sending to a friend).
